In short. Munin Network is an on-site network audit service by P3 Consulting OÜ. We only collect the data you send through the contact form (name, email, company, role, size, message) to reply to you. We do not sell data, we use no profiling cookies, and site analytics are anonymous. You can exercise your GDPR rights by writing to [email protected].

Technical and usage data

Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics collected via Umami (self-hosted, cookieless): page views, country, referrer. They do not identify the person.
Technical server and CDN logs (e.g. IP address) processed for security and diagnostics.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Replying to form requests and managing the pre-contractual phase: Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request and/or consent (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.a GDPR).
Security, abuse prevention and site operation: Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Aggregated statistics to improve the site: Legal basis: legitimate interest, with privacy-friendly tools and no profiling (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).

4. Tools and third-party processors

To run the service we rely on suppliers that may process data on our behalf as processors:

Web3Forms — delivery of contact-form messages by email.
Umami — site analytics, self-hosted, anonymous and cookieless.
Cloudflare — site delivery, security and protection.
Register.it — domain email service.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site uses no profiling or marketing cookies. Analytics are collected anonymously without cookies. Strictly necessary technical cookies for operation and security may be present and do not require consent.

6. Data retention

We keep contact-form data for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless legal obligations apply. Technical logs are kept for limited periods for security purposes. Statistical data is aggregated and not attributable to an individual.

7. Sharing and transfers

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. Data may be processed by the processors listed in section 4. Some suppliers may operate outside the European Economic Area: in that case the transfer is based on appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses).

8. Your GDPR rights

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and withdrawal of consent at any time. To exercise them, write to [email protected]: we will reply without undue delay and within statutory deadlines.

9. Supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. As P3 Consulting OÜ is based in Estonia, the lead authority is the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, aki.ee). If you are in Italy you may also contact the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
